2025 Triple Crown Policies

CAN'T RUN? HERE ARE YOUR OPTIONS.

Those who register for the Triple Crown through the Triple Crown registration will have their own set of transfer and refund policies. The individual race policies will not apply to the Triple Crown runners

Transferred runners are responsible for paying any increase in fees year-to-year. Once a runner chooses the transfer option a refund will not be allowed under any circumstances, any year. Transfers are not allowed to other runners, regardless of the circumstances. You may not sell your entry.

Transfer:

  • Email us before May 15th, 2025 at midnight Pacific Time to receive a 100% transfer for the TC200s to 2026 or 2027. 

  • If you transferred to 2026 and can not run in 2026: Email us before May 15th, 2026 (midnight PT) to receive a 100% transfer to 2027.

  • If unable to run in 2027 a transfer credit of 50% will be applied to the 2028 Triple Crown. Once this is applied all transfer credits expire whether used or not.

Refunds:

  • .Email us before March 1st, 2025 to receive a 50% refund provided for the 2025 Triple Crown entry fees. Full refund on all merchandise purchased.

  • Email us before May 1st, 2025 to receive a 25% refund provided for the 2025 Triple Crown entry fes. Full refund on all merchandise purchased.

  • No refunds allowed after May 1st, 2025

  • Refunds issued via check. Venmo or Zelle are available upon request.

DNF TRANSFER:

If you DNF at the Tahoe 200 you have the option for a 100% transfer of your Bigfoot 200 and Moab 240 registrations to the following year for another chance at the Triple Crown. A lottery bypass will be issued for Tahoe however registration fees still apply.

Policies:

Registering for the TC200s means your acceptance and agreement of the TC200 mile and Destination Trail LLC policies. Do not register for the TC200s if you do not agree with these policies.

  • Once you have chosen a refund or transfer as per our policies via email, that choice is binding and cannot be changed. Emails must be sent by the dates listed in this policy to be considered.

  • We will not consider special exceptions, medical exceptions or other reasons for exceptions.

  • There are no full refunds once you have registered.

  • Refunds take up to 2 weeks. International refunds can be up to 4 weeks.

  • Refunds do not include the Ultrasignup fee. Ultrasignup is a separate company and a service we use. As such we have no control over refunding their fees.

  • The organizers reserve the right to deny any refunds/transfers at their discretion.

RACE CANCELLATIONS:

Destination Trail LLC (With events including Fragrance Lake Races, Deception Pass Races, Orcas Island Races, Tahoe Trail Races, Bigfoot Trail Races, Moab 240, Arizona Monster 300, Triple Crown of 200’s and Bellingham Trail Marathon/Half) reserves the right to cancel the run based on any "Act of God" including: (1) Extreme snowpack. (2) Extreme weather before or during the event. (3) Extreme fire danger or fires near or on the course including poor air quality. (4) Other extreme conditions. (5) COVID 19 Pandemic or other public health emergencies. (6) Unforeseen circumstances that make directing the race impossible or dangerous.  (7) Lack of permits due to an "Act of God" or unforeseen circumstance. 

In the case of cancellation, race entries will not be refunded. If canceled less than 2 months before the event, transfers may not be offered. Mid-race cancellations are not eligible for race credit, transfer or refunds due to the high cost of organizing these kinds of events.
