THE Bigfoot 40Mile

Your Bigfoot 40 mile begins at Marble Mountain Sno Park and fully circumnavigates Mt. St. Helens, taking you on a journey through the desolation zone of this incredible volcano that erupted in 1980. Runners will experience lava fields, stream crossings, old-growth forests, and mountain running at its best! The route is 100% single-track trails. 16 hour cut-off.

No day-of race registration is available. Online reg closes August 6th, 2024 or when it sells out, no registration is allowed after that and no waitlists. Register Now!
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: GRADUATE level race requires self-sufficiency and experience in the backcountry. We recommend that runners consider that this is a tough 40mi race that requires runners to be fairly self-sufficient. There are very few locations where runners can drop out of the race, please do not enter if not sufficiently trained and prepared. There are limited number of aid stations, just two!
