ACCOMMODATIONS/CAMPING:

Camping is allowed and is free at the start location, Marble Mountain Sno Park however it will not be quiet. For quieter dispersed camping please park along NF Road 83 - the road that leads to Marble Mountain sno park. It's all dispersed camping so please LEAVE NO TRACE. Please do not use pavement for tents as we need the paved parking area for vehicle parking. Clean up after yourselves or camping will not be allowed future years: leave no trace, carry out your garbage, waste and please do not leave feces and toilet paper in the woods or parking lot

Car camping is fine, but we do need runners to park closely to each other as the 'camp area' is also the race parking. Some areas will be designated for the race management and start/finish areas of the race and camping will not be allowed there, however those locations will be clearly marked. There are bathrooms but no water and no electricity and for most people no phone reception. Verizon has a little reception on site. T-Mobile seems to have the best reception. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WATER if you are camping!

Small RV Vans are allowed but keep in mind there may not be turn around and we cannot accomodate large RVs or RV trailers. RVs can find dispersed camping along Road 83 or a local campground. There are no hookups or electricity on site and most cell phones will not work. Camping on site is free and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Closest town is Cougar, WA and is very limited in hotels. Woodland, WA is about 1 hr 20 mins away and has more hotels. Please use Yelp, Google, Air BnB or another web program to find lodging. We aren't able to make specific recommendations.
